This link click here > TS 500 Model Jan is for a live account I titled TS 500 model which I ran from 1/02/2018 thru 1/16/2018. All trades were done in a CASH account not a Margin account in order to avoid the PDT “Patter Day Trader’ rule and accommodate a smaller capitalized account type. (I started the account off with a 655.00 trade of 5 BABA 182.5 Calls @ 1.31). “In a cash account you can trade as much as your allowable cash allows you to trade”.
I did this to prove a point to a friend that you don’t need big money to get going in the markets. I stopped it on 1/16/2018 because, I was also focused on the #1500 model Launch for @NYDOUGH _PRO as well as my other work & running multiple models is tedious.
Starting Monday I will run trades with a $1000 dollar starter account. I will manage trades in size and dollar amounts similar to the ones in the spread sheet attached to this blog, as well as maintain the #1500 model in its full integrity.
My goal is to get the #1500 Model to $300,000 in pure profit by Dec 31 2018 (I am $191,000 away or 1/3rd of the way there :)) A good majority of my subs in @NYDOUGH_PRO as well as private acct’s manage their portfolios off the Watch list as well as my trades posted here on Twitter and another Blog.
Some of you have already scaled down the #1500 model trades but still are unable to do all the trades i Post so the new model will accommodate those smaller account types needs with less trades.
I will Denote the trades for this new #1000 account with the hashtag #1000 So when u see that post its specific to this new #1000 cash acct as well as the #1500 model but simply seperates the two and makes it standout. This does not take away from the validity of any other trades it only symbolizes the #1000 trades. I will post the #1000 trade in the same structure as always.
As a note; Although I will be starting with 1000.00 in the account does not mean i will use the whole amount on 1 trade, I may only buy 1 or 2 contracts that day for $3.00 per contract or 10 contracts for .50 cents, If you follow my trades trade your account and manage according to your level of comfort as always.
